“I am Frank Kuri, I’m Executive Vice President of Branch Development. And I open and support branch offices nationally. I love the industry and I love my position for over 25 years, in that I inspire and motivate others to achieve, and I’ve watched them grow. The leadership here is very involved. They’re not set it and forget it. They love the mortgage industry, and it just comes through every day. It’s not that annual meeting, it’s every day. Number one tool, they’re all great but BuyNOW, gives a prospective home buyer a fully underwritten mortgage approval, subject only to the property, to give them the edge when there are multiple offers on the property, as we’re seeing now. It’s costly for a company to do that. I’ve asked for it at previous banks and the cost came back for underwriting. Here, they have it in place. It’s a huge, huge tool. It’s something I wish I had when I was originating.

The number one concern that I’ve learned from branch managers, loan officers, sales managers, about their current bank is a lack of communication and support. After you’ve heard that hundreds of times in expanding banks’ footprints, to not make that our number one priority would be foolish. So, the communication support is proactive, it’s reactive, it’s on time. It really is, it makes a big, big difference, and it’s recognized by our employees. We received two independent recognitions for a great place to work and Inc 5000 as the number one fastest-growing mortgage company. And it doesn’t look like it’s going to stop, and that’s exciting.
